We collect almost nothing. Your email if you sign up. Your payment info goes directly to Lemon Squeezy — we never see your card number. Our analytics are cookieless. We don't sell, share, or rent your data to anyone.

Kova ("we," "us," "our") is operated by Erez Haim. We build tools that help people create and sell AI prompt packs. Our website is kovaprompts.com.

WHAT WE COLLECT
Here is everything we collect, why, and where it's stored:

That's the complete list. We don't use tracking cookies, fingerprinting, retargeting pixels, or any third-party ad network.
WHAT WE DON'T COLLECT
- We don't track you across websites
- We don't use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any ad-tech
- We don't store your credit card number (Lemon Squeezy handles this entirely)
- We don't collect your name, phone number, or address unless you email us directly
- We don't build user profiles or sell data to third parties
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We use three external services. Each has its own privacy policy:

- Plausible Analytics — cookieless, privacy-focused web analytics. No personal data collected. Plausible Data Policy →

COOKIES
We don't use cookies. Plausible Analytics is cookieless by design. The only browser storage we use is localStorage to remember your dark/light theme preference — this data never leaves your device.
YOUR RIGHTS
Regardless of where you live, you can:
- Request your data — email us and we'll tell you exactly what we have on you
- Delete your data — email us and we'll remove your email from our records within 7 days
- Unsubscribe — every email we send includes an unsubscribe link
- Cancel your subscription — manage via the Lemon Squeezy customer portal, or email us
If you're in the EU (GDPR), UK (UK GDPR), California (CCPA/CPRA), or Brazil (LGPD), you have additional rights under local law. Email legal@kovaprompts.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
DATA RETENTION
- Email addresses — kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion
- Payment records — Lemon Squeezy retains transaction records as required by financial regulations
- Analytics — Plausible retains aggregated, non-personal statistics. No individual user data is stored
CHILDREN
Kova is not directed at children under 16. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, contact us and we'll delete it immediately.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
If we change this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. For significant changes, we'll notify subscribers by email. We won't reduce your rights without notice.
