Terms of Service

You pay for a subscription. You get access to prompt packs. You can sell what you create — commercially, on any platform, with no royalties to us. You can't resell the builder itself. You can cancel anytime. That's the deal.
AGREEMENT
By subscribing to Kova or using kovaprompts.com, you agree to these terms. "We," "us," and "our" refer to Kova. "You" refers to the person using the service.
WHAT YOU'RE BUYING
Kova is a subscription service that gives you access to a prompt pack builder. Depending on your plan:

We may add features, packs, or prompts to any plan at any time. We won't remove features from your plan without notice.
COMMERCIAL USE RIGHTS
This is the important part. When you subscribe to any Kova plan:
- You can sell the prompt packs you create — on Gumroad, Etsy, PromptBase, your own website, or any platform
- You keep 100% of your revenue (minus platform fees from Gumroad, Etsy, etc.)
- Kova takes zero royalties on anything you sell
- You can customize the prompts however you want — rewrite, reorder, add your own, remove ours
- You can brand the exported PDFs as your own product (Pro and Max plans)
What you cannot do:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the Kova builder tool itself
- Claim you created the Kova builder software
- Create a competing prompt-pack-builder service using our tool or source code
To be clear: the prompt packs you export are yours to sell. The builder tool that creates them is ours.
BILLING AND PAYMENT
- All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. We never see or store your credit card number
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose
- Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date
- Prices are in USD. Lemon Squeezy may convert to your local currency
CANCELLATION
- You keep access until the end of your current billing period
- Any prompt packs you've already exported are yours forever
- To cancel, use the Lemon Squeezy customer portal or email legal@kovaprompts.com
REFUNDS
We want you to love Kova. If something's off, we'll work with you to make it right:
- If you were charged in error (duplicate charges, wrong plan, accidental re-subscription), we'll refund you any time
- If you subscribed and haven't exported any packs within 7 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund
- If something is broken and we can't fix it, we'll refund your current billing period
- Account credit is available as an alternative to cash refund in any case — just ask

COPYRIGHT AND OWNERSHIP
- The Kova builder, its source code, design, and branding are owned by us
- The prompt templates we provide are licensed to you for commercial use under your subscription
- When you customize prompts and structure your pack, your creative decisions may make the resulting work eligible for copyright protection under applicable law
- We are not lawyers. This is not legal advice. Consult an intellectual property attorney if copyright ownership is critical to your business
ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to use Kova to:
- Create content that is illegal, defamatory, or that violates the rights of others
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the builder
- Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download content from our site
- Share your login credentials or resell access to your Kova subscription
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- Kova is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We don't guarantee that prompt packs will generate any specific revenue or results
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits
Revenue examples on our website are illustrative, not guarantees. Your results depend on your effort, niche, listing quality, and promotion.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Israel.
